EC25 can't send MMS with Verizon simcard

Hello,
I am trying to send a MMS message using Verizon simcard, when I use AT&T the message sent success, but failed with Verizon simcard.
the error replied: 775 (timeout)
my EC25 version is EC25AFXGAR07A03M1G.

pls help me. I spent a lot of the time to find reason.

Can I ask if you can make phone calls with a Verizon SIM card?

That sim doesn’t enabled phone call, only sms/mms
