EC25-AUX Firmware

Hi there!

We are facing some issues with some EC25 modules we bought.

We started using EC25-AUXGA128, which worked fine.
Then due to stock issues, we bought EC25-AUGC128, which we had to update firmware to version: EC25AUGCR06A03M1G_01.001.01.001.

Now we bought EC25-AUXGR128-SGNS, and we are facing issues, as it seems to get connection, and lose it repeatedly.
With AT commands I got:

[2024-01-08 10:51:31:181_R:] AT+CVERSION

[2024-01-08 10:51:31:191_R:] VERSION: EC25AUXGAR08A06M1G

As in the previous situation it was necessary to update firmware, I’m guessing maybe it is the same issue now.

Would like to hear your opinion on this, and in case it is firmware version issue, if you can send us the most suitable firmware for us.

I have a similar issue first I got the EC25AUXGA-128 version and I upgrade the firmware no issues
Now they sent me the EC25AUXGR-128 and I upgrade the firmware by mistake with EC25AUXGAR08A13M1G_01.001.01.001 and now module is not working as expected

So could you send me the firmware for the GR variant please.

Checking the engraving on the metal plate it reads

EC25-AUX            Q1-A8494
GR                  EC25AUXGR-128-SGNS

And the AT command returns

AT+QGMR?

EC25AUXGAR08A13M1G_01.001.01.001

OK

But I think it says that due my mistake flashing it with that firmware I already had and the problem now is when I execute AT+QVOLTEDBG I got errors in several AT commands like this and in many others

You need to check the SIM card or hardware design

You are right, I had to rotate the sim to get it to work the design of this new pcb is odd

Looking for the latest firmware for EC25-AU modem. Here is the at command output:
at+qgmr

I would also like any firmware release notes you might have to go with it.
