EC25-AF only see DM port both linux and Windows

Hello,
I recently purchased an EC25-AF miniPCIE module. I have installed in my laptop running linux.
I only see /dev/ttyUSB0 and when I try to send AT commands to this port, the module only returns the “0” character over serial. I have tried all possible baud rates.

I switch over to Windows on the same laptop. Initially windows does not detect the device. I install the windows 5g + LTE serial drivers and the device shows up.
Unfortunately I also only see a single serial port associated with this device. In device manager, it states it is the DM port of this modem module.

I do not have access to the AT port to which I can send troubleshooting commands for this device.

It seems that I have the key to the castle but can not find the door that it opens.
This is incredibly frustrating.

I appreciate any guidance you may have

cat /sys/kernel/debug/usb/devices

This is the entry that corresponds with the module.
