EC25-AF Having trouble on Verizon Data network - working with their Engineering Group

Hello! I know this topic has been brought up numerous times but I have yet to see a solution. We are using the Quectel EC25-AF in the USA. We have had no problem on AT&T for years - now that we are trying to run on Verizon, it is a problem. We are in the middle of our device certification with Verizon and they see by the logs that we are connecting and disconnecting repeatedly. We make the connection, we receive an IP address but fail to get registered onto the Verizon network. Could this be a firmware issue? Looking for an answer as quickly as possible.

From Verizon’s observations:

This UE has finished SIMOTA but has not fully finished OMADM. Though not consistent there is a pattern of being connected to CLASS 3 every 34 minutes or so. Notice how there is no IMS attach. Last IMS attach was ‘09/30/2021 11:34:56’ but the UE is clearly rebooting. This is a strong indication of a device issue… wrong module, wrong module firmware, or poorly written host device code. You’ll likely need to pull logs and work with your module manufacturer.

Thanks for your feedback.

We are running the above mentioned firmware and we still cannot register a static IP Verizon SIM to the Verizon network. We can attach to APN VZWADMIN all day long, but never registers to the network using the proper APN.
