We have several EC25-A modules using TMobile SIMS in the USA using phone voice service. These modules seem to going off line after sitting for awhile. We power cycle and a day later off line again. Also module no longer receiving incoming calls. Do we need to update firmware? Can you send us firmware update link?
Maybe you can provide us QXDMlog? From this log, the cause of the disconnection can be analyzed.
