Hi - After the new firmware, I can no longer connect for some reason. No registration state. Is there any suggestions?
I am also trying to connect to AT&T network.

Does the module read the SIM card properly?
Yes. SIM is ready state, but no attempt to associate with network.

Need latest ec25-AU firmware
Hello, I need the firmware of this reference, could you share it with me, thanks
Please provide your current firmware version
AT+CGMR
I had exactly the same problem as @msignorello, and numerous others have reported, apparently, with EC25AFFAR07A14M4G_01.003.01.003. The EC25-AF is in a WG3526 and since I have two, I looked at the other (identical model, year, vendor labelling and batch as the first one I ‘upgraded’), because I forgot to note the original version, and AT+CGMR: EC25AFAR05A04M4G. No version number is displayed afterwards.
The modem went from working (with verizon in this case) to NO CARRIER, CME ERROR 30 issues.
I did a re-flash of the updated firmware, (although the prior flash was successful) and same issue. I did the various AT&F0 ‘resets’ etc to no effect, same error same behavior. Apparently this firmware is bad and I need one that actually works, to upgrade a EC25AFAR05A04M4G to current standards. I appreciate support’s efforts in getting firmware deployed, and I know you don’t write this stuff.
Quectel modems are buggy, but if you get them running and can work-around the bugs, they actually work OK for the money.
qfirehose flash utility for the modem: If there is a ROOTER (openwrt-based) firmware for your Quectel-containing router, there is likely a QFirehose compiled for your platform (e.g. MT7621 for the WG3526) in /usr/bin. Note it is named “QFirehose”, not “qfirehose”.
e.g.
QFirehose -f /tmp/firmwarefolder
to flash.
Disable modemmanager etc while flashing.
