EC21JFA-512-STD parts numbering

i have a question for EC21JFA-512-STD.

I’m sure about “EC21” is serise name J is region (Japan).
But *Can you tell me FA-512-STD what’s stands for?

STD is I think standard. But I7m not really sure FA and 512 part.

FA means full function support, 512 is memory size and STD is standard.
