Hi,
Is there any document (such as an “ordering information”) which show the various option of the EC21 module family?
For example the code:
EC21EUXGA-128-SGNS
what does it means “128” and “SGNS”?
Compared for example to the order code:
EC21EFA-512-STD
“128” and “512” are memory size?
Where can I find a document which explain the order code?
Thank you and regards
Hello davdav,
128 and 512 means NAND memory size is 128M and 512M
SGNS means:
S: Standard
G: GNSS
N: no APT
S: Single SIM
STD means Standard module.

Hello @Duncan.Xu-Q
Where can I find a document which explain all the code options?
And…

Thanks and regards
