EC21-E doesn't work with Bouygues operator (France)

Hello everybody,

I’m getting some issue to make work module EC21-E in France with operator Bouygues.
It seems registration is not

Module is working properly with other operator (e.g. SFR, Orange, Free, Megatel,etc…); it only fails with Bouygues.
It has been tested in different part of France and with different SIM cards.

Is there any known issue with Bouygues operator and Quectel EC21-E module?

Please make sure that the band of the operator Bouygues is the same as the band of EC21 in the picture below, thank you.

Hello friends, I am looking for a fee for someone able to connect my iot docassion gps lte to a server in it and install a
Quectel bg96 es quectel ec21-e because it is beyond my skills, I will have to take control of my computer remotely, connect to iot, delete the old server, giveclien, es meter, the new data servers and that’s it.
