EC21 - Communicate using RS485

I’m using:
Quectel EC21
Revision: EC21EUGAR08A04M4G
SDK is: EC21EUGAR08A04M4G_OCPU_01.200.01.200_SDK

I would like to use an external RS485/TTL
using the EC21 UART3 (HSL2) - pin133,134 (UART_TXD_BLSP4 (DO), UART_RXD_BLSP4 (DI)
and one between the following IO: pin 26: GPIO078 or pin 27: GPIO079.

Someone can suggest me which steps I should follow?
