EC200U UART not responding after re- POWER UP

Hi,my EC200U module is connected through UART to a imx processor. After some operational time my EC200U module goes into Hang, So i am manually pulling the POWERKEY down and then UP to power on the EC200U module by writing to the GPIO pin’s value from the NXP side.
After this power sequence operation i am sending the AT command to EC200S, it does not respond and the console gets stuck, i have to press CNTRL+C to exit. What might be the issue here ?

Is your module EC200U or ec200s, and your firmware version is EC200S?
