Ec200u opencpu application in drones

hello,
my idea is to make drone which i control using ec200u module.by control i mean directly connecting ec200u interface(i2c or uart) directly to flight controller.is that possible with opencpu?

can i able program in opencpu a specific protocol that flight controller understand like PPM?

above things are possible or not please guide me through it,thanks
