EC200U new variants

Hi,
I just see a new variant for EC200U in Mouser:

which seems are replacing EC200U(EU/CN)AA-N05-SGNSA:
EC200U(EU/CN)AP-N05-SGNSA. The mouser suggests that this is due to GNSS chip upgrade. What is the difference between them in terms of GNSS chip? As I knew, the EC200U??AA are using UC6226 gnss chip. What chip does this new variant are using and what is the difference between these two?

What about EC200UEUAC-N05-SNNSA, EC200UEUDC-N05-SNNSA? what are the specs/differences?

couldn’t find any related information on quectel websites 1 and 2

Would you please check this post?

Hi,
This is not a chip replacement, it’s a software version replacement.
The original software of the chip has increased compatibility and upgrade.

EC200UEUAC-N05-SNNSA& EC200UEUDC-N05-SNNSA: The difference is that they belong to different chip platforms.

Thank you for the response
So can the software upgrade be applied on current versions (EC200UEUAA-N05-SGNSA)? if yes, can you share the updated firmware for EC200UEUAA-N05-SGNSA?
What is the difference between EC200UEUAA and EC200UEUAC in first place?
And what chip platform are you refering in EC200UEUAC & EC200UEUDC?

Which firmware you current using?
EC200UEUAC: 8910_DM-C1 not support GNSS
EC200UEUAA: 8910_DM
EC200UEUDC: 8910DM_C2 not support GNSS/SD/TTS/CAMMERA/BT/UAC/VOTEL/DSDS

I am using EC200UEUAA-N05-SGNSA

Thank you
