EC200U Message Queue

Hello,
I am working on EC200U.
For my application, i require exchange of data between two tasks(thread).
For this in the rtos development user guide they have mentioned that we can use message queue to communicate between tasks.

Is there any sample code available for same, in which two tasks communicate using message queue?
