EC200U Linux Driver problem

Hi,
I have been used EC200T module in my project and connected it through USB port to openwrt linux system.
I had installed QMI and USB serial driver and run quectel-CM application and everything was OK.
Now Im using EC200U in my project but the os did not recognize the module as qmi-wwan and even USB serial Device. when i run quectel-CM i get error.
Can you help?

EC200U not support qmi_wwan, about USB serial you can provide the version of serial driver to me, maybe you need a newer version.

So how can i use EC200U as usb modem??
the USB serial version is 5.4.154-1.
