EC200U-EU: request standard AT firmware (currently OCPU firmware, +CME ERROR: 58)

Hello Quectel Support,

I have an EC200U-EU module that currently runs a customer OCPU firmware, so standard TCP/IP AT commands (AT+QIACT, AT+QPING, AT+QICSGP) return +CME ERROR: 58. I would like to flash the official standard AT firmware.

- Module label: EC200U-EU AC, EC200UEUAC-N05-SNNSA

- Current FW: EC200UEUAAR03A02M08_OCPU (from ATI / AT+CGMR)

- Host OS: Windows 11

Could you please send by email:

1. The latest official standard AT firmware (.pac) matching this exact module variant

2. The recommended flashing tool (QFlash) and upgrade guide

3. Confirmation whether “EUAA” firmware is correct for an “EUAC” labelled module

4. How to back up the current firmware and NV/calibration data before flashing, and whether flashing preserves the RF calibration and IMEI

About the third is OK,and the forth issue there is no influence in .pac update
