EC200U, EC200N and EG91-EX mini PCIe Hardware Design Guide

Hello, I’m looking for mini PCIe Hardware Design Guides for 3 Quectel modules: EC200U, EC200N and EG91-EX. The reason is because I’m unable to use the RX/TX pins on these modules to communicate, while I could on other Quectel modules like the EC25-EU.

Please share if you have these docs.
