I am using Quectel EC200U-CN.

I am unable to open the STK menu. Please provide information and all kinds of documents related to solve this issue. Also, tell me if this firmware version supports STK AT command or not, and what is the process to update the firmware.

EC200UCNAAR02A01M08 is an older firmware version and STK support may not be available in this version. I recommend installing a newer firmware (e.g. R02A04M08 or later) and trying it out. You can request the updated firmware and installation instructions from Quectel support team or official channels.
