EC200U-CN MODEM is not getting turn on once after turn off

Dear sir/mam,

Recently I was facing an issue related Ec200u-cn modem turn on once after turn off,

Brief:

Initially modem is getting power on and once power is turned off and again turn on the modem is not getting turn on even though I checked the power key and also there is no voltage on vdd_ext (1.8V), The given input supply for modem is around 3.8V could any one please support for this issue

sir this was the setup i have made already and its working but suddenly one time modem get turned off then its not getting turned on could you able to give us solution

Yes Sir,
I Have tried RESET too, But still It is not Getting Power ON but input supply is about 3.8V is given to the modem EC200u-CN is there any other possibilities to try sir?

Is there a capacitor in series directly between VBAT and the power supply?
If there is capacitance, full discharge is required

sorry sir, I have not understand what you are trying to say ( are you saying about the decoupling capacitor sir?)
