Our device is based on EC200U-CN. When we are powering down with AT+QPOWD command, we’re receiving “POWERED DOWN” confirmation. But after 1 second or so it is powering up again. We don’t have switch control for power to the module.
Could anybody suggest what can we do to keep it powered down.

AT+QPOWD=1 (or 0) is really a reboot command, like AT+CFUN=1,1 is.
The resulting powered-down state is transitory.
I use AT+CFUN=0 instead before removing power from a Quectel.
