EC200U-CN firmware not supporing DTMF detection

I have two modules of EC200U-CN. one has the firmware version EC200UCNAAR03A03M08 . It supports the DTMF detection feature. But the other one with lower version of firmware gives error message.
Please send me the firmware version EC200UCNAAR03A03M08
also consider to send the latest tool for loading the firmware.
