EC200U-CN DSSS Application +CREG: 0,0 network error

Hi,

I am working on DSSS applicaion in EC200U.
Slot one is working properly but facing issue in second sim slot netwrok refistration.

Hello, can you use AT+QDSPIN? Command to check the status of the card. Besides, I see that your firmware version is beta version, I will try to find the latest version. Please leave your email address if you need it.

I have try this AT+QDSPIN? command also but still not able to get it work.
Yes , i get beta version for dual sim application .

Hi,

you can install or upgrade new firmware over USB connection. For this you have to set modem into firmware upgrade mode using boot pin of modem and QFlash Utility to upload required firmware.

Hi,

Follow the below step,

In your hardware design USB port is necessary to upgrade the firmware else it is not possible.
Check belowe image for referance.

Updating EC200U Firmware Over USB AT com port

if quectel usb driver is not available need to install in pc(Host) system.
Before powering up , connect USB_BOOT to 1.8 V [on pcb jumper].
Now power up the board over USB.
Check device manager for " SPRD U2S Diag " port.
it must be available, if not found check for driver update of newly arrive port.
open Qflash software and select firmware which is provided by quectel vendor to update in board.
select port from drop down list.
if everything ok , Press START & wait for PASS message for complete upgrade.

Hi,
it is sim operator issue.As per my last discussion with quectel support team, all sim is not supported in 2nd slot.
