when i enable some settings using AT command , it enabled and working properly , when i powered off the device and again powered On, is that enabled setting will be stored in ec200U Module IC? because , for my case once it is enabled for first time after that it is always enabled inbuild .

i am writing the code using ESP32S3 Controller and transmitting to EC200U Device

OK. So actually the ESP32 is connected with the module via Uart.
It depends which AT command you are using. For some command it is stored in the flash of the EC200U.
