EC200TEU big time ttl ping

Good afternoon!
I have a problem with two EC200T-EU modems
When connecting the modem to the router, the ping time is very long:

Exchange of packets from 8.8.8.8 to with 32 bytes of data:
Response from 8.8.8.8: number of bytes=32 time=3494ms TTL=103
Response from 8.8.8.8: number of bytes=32 time=757ms TTL=103
Response from 8.8.8.8: number of bytes=32 time=62ms TTL=103
Response from 8.8.8.8: number of bytes=32 time=1893ms TTL=103
Response from 8.8.8.8: number of bytes=32 time=56ms TTL=103
Response from 8.8.8.8: number of bytes=32 time=1101ms TTL=103
Response from 8.8.8.8: number of bytes=32 time=50ms TTL=103

The speed is very low. About 1 megabit/sec.
The MAIN and DIV antennas are connected to the modem.
The firmware on the modems is EC200TEUHAR05A01M16.
The modems are in ECM mode (AT+QCFG=“usbnet”,1).
The modems were bought on aliexpress. Does this mean that the modem is burnt out or damaged?

Not necessarily, it may be caused by weak wireless signal, you can replace different places to see if it has always been like this, if you can replace the antenna.
