Dear Quectel,
We are using EC200T Module in Our design, It is not communicating with UART , STATUS pin is LOW, VDD_EXT is 1.79V. Attached image is interface with MCU as well as Hardware design of EC200T

Shematic
I have similar problems with Vcc_ext is not getting the 1.8v.
Power supply is 3.8V to EC200u-Cn.
I used logic converter to communicate with Esp32.
Help me out.
