EC200T USIM_VDD Issue

Hi,

we are using EC200T-CN Module in our custom design, Supply is 4.0V , VDD_EXT is 1.8V stable but it is not generating USIM_VDD. when sim detection is enabled, It generates USIM VDD for up to 50ms time and then goes to 0V.
