Hi!
I’m experiencing a weird condition using a EC200T-EU module. I’m using the modem with a custom apn sim but the modem keeps getting from the server side a “+QIURC: “pdpdeact”,1” error, causing the connection to go down in periods ranging between few seconds up to several minutes. Of course i immediatley thought the problem was on the sim’s provider side but i couldn’t find a mobile phone or a non-quectel modem that did the same condition, so now i’m considering it has something to do with the quectel module.
Before the AT logs i registered, some notes:
- it’s normal that the sim pings only the 172.16.0.30 ip and the public 8.8.8.8 one fails
- the private APN used is custom and works on the TIM network (italian provider)
- the signal level is relatively low but with the same module and using a different TIM sim it connects and work perfectly
- The logs are from a EC200T module but we’re having the same issue on EC21
