EC200T AT Command response issue

Hi,

We are facing Issue in AT command ,After Power on, VDD_EXT is 1.8V Stable. Module responses, Basic Commands like, AT, ATE0,AT+GMR etc… But when applying AT+CFUN?, AT+CPIN?, AT+CSQ?, AT+CREG? in any sequence it gives response of first command of sequence and then stops giving responses.
For e.g it Gives response of AT+CPIN? but after that if we query AT+CSQ? then no response.
We observed that NET_MODE Led indication is HIGH always, and NET_STATUS blinks as per IDLE Mode of Network status.
