EC200s Manufacturer Identification

Hi Guy!

I have two types of EC200s modules ( one is EC200SCNAAR01A08M16 and the other is EC200SCNABR03A03M16).
What are the differences between them?

please explain in detail for me.

Hello there
The main different between EC200SCANAA and EC200SCNAB is crystal oscillator, the EC200SCANAA use TCXO, and EC200SCANAB use DCXO, they are functionally consistent and will not affect the use. thank you.
