EC200N-CN BIP does not work

Hello,
I have EC200N-CN mPCIe module:
ATI
Quectel
EC200N
Revision: EC200NCNLAR03A06M08

When SM-SR server tries to push a profile, the modem receives the SMS, performs OPEN CHANNEL successfully, but does not proceed to send / receive data. Therefore, profile push failed.

Please advise whether there is a AT command to turn on BIP protocol or STK to make it work. Thanks!
