Hello, I have a 7Semi EC200G-CN LTE Cat 1 4G GNSS Modem. I can not find the NMEA port in the device manager.
I have reinstalled the drivers that were available on the product page - EC200G-CN LTE Cat 1 4G GNSS Mini Industrial Modem
I have also tried the drivers on GitHub - Saba-abiri/ec200u_drivers: this is ec200u full drivers.
I tried reaching out to the Quectel support via email however it hasn’t been of much help unfortunately. The response is - “Based on the information you provided, please kindly understand that Quectel support is only for Quectel direct customers. We sincerely suggest you first contact your purchase channel for further support. We will support the modem manufacturer directly if required. Thank you for your understanding!”
Any help will be appreciated!
FYI - I have used the same module earlier but never faced this issue. It just worked out of the box. That older module is permanently deployed so can’t plug that in to my PC to compare and contrast.
