we have install the driver eventhough the this mode doesnot show in device manager. additional y we have given 5 v external supply given still same issu
kindly help for short out for this problem.
Thank you for the update.
Since the driver is already installed and the module is powered with an external 5 V supply but still does not appear in Device Manager, this is likely not a driver issue.
Can you please help check the following:
-Use a USB data cable (not a charging-only cable)
-Try a different USB port or PC
-Observe any LED indication on the module after power-up
If possible, please share:
-A photo of the hardware connection
-LED status after power-on
This will help us narrow down the root cause quickly.
Thanks!
Have a great day!

Ananthan

Hi Joesare,
Thank you for getting back on this query and apologies for the delay. Is there any Pwrkey button reserved/available on the board? if yes, can you help to press for 2-3 sec after turning ON the module?
See if it triggers the ports to be appear in device manager tree.
Let me know the result.
Thanks!
Have a great day!

Ananthan
Here only Reset key is available, there is no pwrkey button. I have pressed the key 2-3 sec, but the module is not detect in PC
Hi Joesara,
I just saw your earlier reply regarding the module. It turns out that you are using an EC200U-CN module, but you requested EC200A-EU firmware. These two modules use different chipsets, so the associated drivers are also different.
Could you please help to capture a photo of the module label showing the IMEI clearly? I can then trace which firmware was originally flashed on the module.
Thanks!
Best Regards,
Ananthan
Dear Team,
Sorry for the late response.
the card is now detected. We required to interface with Arduino Mega 2560 or else PIC 18F46K22 using serial port. Required to transfer the data to cloud using MQTT. please share the interface diagram and what are required library for this. This card is used in urban location, we required without interception, continuously transfer the data in every 3seconds.we are testing the board using Qnavigator, send sms and call
