EC200A-EL didn't see SIM

Hi everyone. I rave few routers with modules EC200A-EL. By default settings all SMS are in module memory. After few months of using routers I started see, that I can’t enter to the SMS menu. After few weeks after that modem stopped see any SIM card. When I send AT+CPIN?, I get “+CME ERROR: 10”.

I found on some forum information, that it can be problem with memory of module, but AT commands to clean, reset memory give me ERROR.

Then I update firmware of module, but problem didn’t’ solve :frowning:

Can you help me? How to understand, is this software problem or hardware problem with module?

I check USIM_DATA, CLK, RST - all connections are good, ESD diodes normal, resistors also normal.

USIM_DET - don’t used.

USIM_VDD - short time 1.8V, then 3V and 0 (module trying get response from SIM, but don’t “hear” anything).

How to back alive module by firmware? Why it (and 2 more) dead after getting many SMS?
