EC20 Wave File uploading Issue

Dear Sir,

We SES Solutions A8, 1st Floor, Hanuman, Vihar, Sector-49, Noida UP-201301, We are the manufacturing modem using EC20 FDLG.
We are sending various SMS successfully but we are trying to send prerecorded voice call .wav format but getting noise.

Loading Process: If we are uploading .wav file through QCOM software then working properly but same file uploading through Qnavigator now geting noise due to not uploading complete files.

Sam file, we are uploading through our software now getting noise olny.

We would like to request you kindly share uploading /writing files command or procedure so we can make own software for uploading .wav file.

Before you upload you .wav file, you should make sure you have enough space to hold files.
