EC20 Mini PCIe Problem after restart windows 7

Dear Sir or Madam
I bought an EC20 mini PCIe with EC20EQAR02A05E2G part number. I also setup Quectel USB Drivers For UC20&UC15&EC20_V1.1 driver in my system which operate with window 7 32bit system.
Then I made a dial up connection in order to connect to the Internet which was successfully work and connect the system to the Internet. But when I restart the Windows 7 or switch the user dial up connection stuck in dial up step and module can not registered in the network return Dial-up Connection Error 777 – The connection attempt failed because the modem (or other connecting device) on the remote computer is out of order.

when I checked the module with QNavigator_V1.4 eveything is ok even it shows the module is registered in the network.

Then I found out when I shutdown Windows 7, dial up connection will works ok.
if you have another dirver which is operational for EC20 PCIe modem our other thing which can solve this problem please help me know.

seems not a valid version number.

If we restart or switch users, the current account needs to be redialed.If you don’t, the Internet won’t work.
Switching the user may not have the previous user’s process quit, that is, the previous user’s dialing process is still there.
EC20EQAR02A05E2G can not be successfully dialed after such an exception, which requires some module logs to be analyzed.

It’s better to use a module that ends with m4G as the version number, or restart the module if an exception is attempted (using AT+CFUN=1,1).
If you does not accept it, let the customer catch the module log and ask Quectel to check it.

thank you for your reply. My important problem is related to the way that EC20 behave after restarting windows7. I should respectfully mention that when you restart windows 7 it means you are restart hole system which contains main board of PC. So, EC20 have to be reset too and become operational after windows 7 login. But it seems that EC20 become suspended because of some issue.

I thing EC20EQAR02A05E2G is the version of firmware and we can upgrade it to the one that you mentioned. so, I need the newest firmware.

As you see everything is ok at QNavigator_V1.4 and you can establish dial up connection. But when we restart windows 7 dial up connection will not established and return error 777 like below picture and it will not be solved until we shutdown our system completely.
