EC20 GPS and GSM not Working

Hello, Currently I am testing EC20 Module and facing certain issue in particular Model,

  1. Both GSM and GPS are not getting connnected although the EC20 Turn ON sequence is followed.
  2. VBATBB and VBATRF both Voltage are Constant 4V.
  3. I am getting a Voltage Drop on Pins USIM_RST, USIM_DATA, USIM_VDD to 0 and 1.7 every 5 secs of interval.
    I would like to understand the root cause behind these voltage drop and a solution for same. Thanks in advance.

Maybe you should give us your shematic diagram or more information about it.
