EC20-CE can't make a call via LTE. Trying to lock band to B3

Hello friends,

Please tell how to lock EC20-CE band to B3 only?

We are using this device in Dubai in in 3G on B1 but want to try use LTE/B3. Can’t make a call via LTE (but SMS working fine) so trying to lock band to test if calls will work on B3 only. Thanks!

p.s. Also if there any newer firmware than EC20CEHCLGR06A02M1G_AUD ?

What does the AT command AT+QCFG="band" return currently?

Yes, here the output:

We also locked band to B3 with ho effect :frowning:

We can use LTE only for send/receive SMS. Voice calls and SMS works with the module on 3G/2G only but after switching to LTE can’t make a call.

SIM is voice enabled and can make/receive calls via LTE with the phone device.
