EC-25AF AT+QTEMP command returning "ERROR" response

Hi, I have an EC25-AF LTE modem and it occasionally returns “ERROR” in response to the AT+QTEMP command. First off, the AT+QTEMP command is not listed in the AT command manual for this so can I get access to documentation that contains this command? And secondly, why would the modem be responding with “ERROR” to this command?

Hello there
After internal communication, we think that you may have performed AT+QTEMP query when you first turned on. The AP inside the module was not ready when you first turned on. At this time, the executed AT+QTEMP command cannot respond. It is recommended that you wait for a while after turning on the device. Query the temperature.

Hi Duncan, thanks for your reply. I am only seeing this problem after the modem has been operating for several hours already and we have already run the AT+QTEMP command many times before.
