Hi, we are using EC25-E. So after giving 3V8 to VBAT_BB & VBAT_RF & pulling PWRKEY Low for more then 500ms. We checked we are getting 1V8 at VDD_EXT as well as PWRKEY represent 0.8V but STATUS is not going Low & module is not responding Via USB or UART.
Please let us know any suggestions & solutions.

Did you connect any other pins from EC25-E, if yes, please list all of them. And does USB enumeration is normal?
