DTMF detection and SIM tool kit

I am working with EC200U-EU AB modules. The firmware version is EC200UEUAAR02A02M08_HJ. The problem is both DTMF detection and SIM tool kit is not working. When I send related AT commands to module it returns +CME ERROR: 58.
If can give me a solution highly appreciated.
