Dear friends,

I’m trying to install the GPS to configure via the USB to COM port but when connecting I can’t find a compatible driver. I already downloaded some from the internet and one of them installed but when I try to connect through the serial COM port I get this error

I don’t know exactly how to see to see. I’m trying to connect a GL320M GPS modem in order to do the setup. I can’t because the prolific drivers don’t work and the computer detects it as QUECTEL LPWA MODULE. The attached image should show the correct installation.You can send me the right drivers on my email cfaria@tchaco.com

According to the IMEI you provided, I did not find the corresponding type of module in the database, please contact Queclink

Connect a TTL level USB to Serial adapter to pins 10 and 11 on USB-C connector. Yes, there is a TTL level serial port hiding in the USB-C connector.
