Driver issue - EG800Q-EULC _(Windows 11 64bits)

Hi All,

I have used the Quectel EVK for using EG800Q.
Unfortunately, the driver may not be matched even I have installed the driver in the EVK package.

I have the same problem, with the same EVB kit, but with the EG800K-EU chip.
Windows USB drivers downloaded from the Quectel website (Download Zone | Quectel) still remain unrecognized. I am trying to study Quectel as a possible alternative to SIMCom and from the very beginning such problems :frowning:

I have not yet been able to understand how the Quectel drivers differ (I did not find descriptions in the Datasheets), but I tried to install all of them:

  • Quectel_Windows_USB_Driver(Q)_ECM_V1.0_EN
  • Quectel_Windows_USB_Driver(Q)_RNDIS_V1.1_EN
  • Quectel_Windows_USB_Driver(Q)_NDIS_V2.8_EN
  • Quectel_Windows_USB_Driver(Q)_MBIM_V1.3_EN
