Are there perhaps any DOTA updates available for the EG800Q? We’re currently running EG800QEULCR01A08M04_01.201.01.201

Are you facing that the current firmware not able to do DFOTA?

PLease try on tis firmware, there a fix on DFOTA: EG800QEULCR01A11M04_01.202.01.202.zip
