Does YC0017EA need GND plate?

Should I have a GND plate under [

YC0017EA

](YC0017EA 5G SMT mount PCB chip monopole embedded antenna | Quectel) Antenna? and also on the other side of the board?

Or should I leave clearance area free from any GND plate?
