Does the 5g evaluation board (5g-m2-evb ) support RM520N-GL module?

We are testing the RM520N-GL module, but the wwan_led on the board does not turn on.
And there are no port(AT/DM…) detected.

Previously this board worked fine with RM500Q-AE.
Please kindly help.
