Does RM500U support voice calls?

Hello. I’m trying to find a 5G that is capable of voice calls.
I’m looking at the Quectel product brochure V8.5 2026 and it lists Voice: optional for every SoC and every module. What does it mean? For example, I’m interested in RM500U-EA; does it support voice calls?
