Does M95 save info about networks it was not allowed to use?

Hi Quectel

Does the modem (in our case M95) remember the network it has been banned from, eventhough it has been power cycled?

We have a situation where a modem has attempted to register to a network, that was not a part of the subscription (whitelist) according to our service provider (Onomondo). Now the network is on the whitelist, but it will no longer attempt to register to it. Has it stored information about this, and how can this be resetted so that it will try again?
