Do I need a BG95-M3 firmware update?

I have two BG95-M3 modules with different firmware versions:

  • (A) BG95M3LAR02A04_01.001.01.001
  • (B) BG95M3LAR02A03_01.005.01.005

which are showing different behavior when trying to establish a 4G data connection.
(B) seems to work almost every time. (A) seems to have problems with one of the available operators.
Is there available a firmware update for (A)? And is there a chance to do a over-the-air firmware update?

  • I can correlate to DFOTA support, but what do you mean by OTA upgrade that you’ve addressed above?
  • If we are connecting to R&D Team for Delta firmware for DFOTA support, whether there are any pricing plans available?
