Differences between BG95-M3 versions

Hello,
we are trying to figure out the difference between BG95-M3 modules marked Q1-A8383
and Q1-A4448.
We have troubles connecting A4448 onto a Vodafone UK network, while A8383 works just fine. We tried to reflash the modules with matching FW version, but no luck.

Tried to upgrade the older item to BG95M3LAR02A03_01.014.01.014 version, but it did not help.
