DFOTA local update from a file, how to load a file in UFS inside the LTE module

the router is this model: Zyxel LTE5398-M904

I switched from the manufacturer’s firmware (router side) to an Openwrt firmware
so I no longer have the ability to load a DFOTA update file from the router’s GUI

I can interface with the LTE module with the picocom /dev/ttyUSB2 command

the LTE module is this:

ATI
Quectel
EG18

I would like to know if it is possible to load a DFOTA version update file into the LTE module without downloading it from a host on the internet?

What are the necessary commands, are there any tools or scripts that I could use to do this?

I’m trying to load a DFOTA update inside the LTE module with the command “AT+QFUPL=update.zip” but I don’t know how to transfer the update.zip file
to the LTE module,

I can send you the full firmware package and QFirehose tool and you can update it locally.
